Mr. H., age 52, had been a chronic alcoholic from Queens, NYC who already had begun to show serious liver damage. Frightened after a severe warning, he came to us for alcohol abuse treatment. The combination of specific alcohol abuse medications and alcohol abuse hypnotherapy made it possible for him to give up the constant use of alcohol. He praised our medical approach as having positive results — as opposed to Alcoholics Anonymous, to which he could not adjust.
